Blooming Great Show

Congratulations to Leonie Cornelius, who was not only the Gardens Illustrated Open Learning Diploma in Garden Design Student of the Year 2011, but she was also the winner of the Irish TV programme “Super Garden”. As the show’s winner, Leonie recreated her garden for Dublin’s Bloom in the Park and as was awarded a Gold and Best in Category.

“I think I am even more proud of this garden at Bloom than the last one because I got to perfect all the little things that I was not 100% happy with,” said Leonie.  “I also find creating and building show gardens so exciting and inspiring with the fast track creation of a really special design, meeting fabulous like-minded people and seeing my design come to life.”

Since the show aired Leonie has been in high demand for her design work!
