Running a Profitable Design Business

To set out practical advice on how to plan and organise the daily running of a studio, and how to ensure that the business thrives and develops

    Effective Project Co-ordination

    To provide an overview of the practicalities of managing and methods of communication required to co-ordinate a small project successfully

    Where the CPD logo is indicated, these courses would be valuable in our opinion for Continuing Professional Development mplementing a project requires skill, organisational ability and diplomacy. Although most medium to large projects will demand a Project Manager, most designers need to be able to co-ordinate small projects that cannot justify the expense of a Project Manager.
